Shipping Carriers
Currently, we utilize FedEx for shipping within the United States (excluding US territories and APO/FPO addresses). As we expand, we may use an alternate trusted freight carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer competitive rates through our partnership with FedEx. These rates will be reflected in your order total before finalizing your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within the ship-out speed specified on the product page, after receiving cleared payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
For orders containing dropshipped items, processing times may vary depending on the drop shipper's location and processing procedures. We will communicate any potential delays to you via email.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times will vary depending on your location from our warehouse. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
For certain products, we may utilize dropshipping from trusted partners. In these cases, shipping timelines may differ from standard processing times. You will be notified if any items in your order are fulfilled through dropshipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number. You can then track the progress of your shipment on the FedEx website at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html.
Shipping Insurance
For your peace of mind, all packages shipped from Sound Pro Solutions will be automatically insured for the full value of your order. This insurance is included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at +1-888-661-7233 or requests@soundprosolutions.com. We will work directly with FedEx to investigate the issue and file a claim on your behalf.
If FedEx acknowledges responsibility for the loss or damage, we will work with them to either replace your order or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date.
We will work with FedEx to investigate the issue. This may involve contacting the delivery driver or searching for the package at the delivery location.
In some cases, FedEx may require you to file a police report for a missing package. We will assist you with this process if necessary.
If the package cannot be located, we will explore further options with you, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
